Programming to solve real world problems is a more interesting approach to programming and immerses you in the rewarding aspects of building a program that has a clear and useful purpose.
In addition to well documented and commented source code we provide a library of software you can use within your own programs.
Ebooks included on your PAWSoftware CD.

In addition to the source code, support files, code library and various manuals we have compiled two comprehensive ebooks which have been cross referenced and cross linked.
1. BBC Basic
BBC Basic starts off with basic building bricks. It is essential to have a good grasp of these fundamentals because they are the small building blocks from which large programs are built.
The general idea behind programming is to “think small” – just see little bits of the problem – and that means using the small building blocks.
Do not skip the first 34 pages – they will serve you well later on.
There are well over 100 programs or coded segments in this book alone.
2. Think like a programmer
By changing the way you think and approach problems you can start to think like a programmer. Problems are broken down into their small component parts and tackled in a simple easy to follow manner. Use is made of diagrams, flow charts and plain English during program writing.
Good programming takes into account the needs and requirements of the user and we take you through the development process allowing you to create user friendly programs and applications.
